  9. 1 c Half and half

  10. 1/4 t Ground nutmeg

  11. 1/2 t Salt

  12. 1/8 t Pepper

  13. Few grains cayenne pepper

  14. 1/2 lb Cooked ham, cut into thin

  15. -strips

  16. 2 c Shredded Swiss cheese

  17. 1 Baked 9-inch pastry shell

  18. -(in a heat-resistant,

  19. -non-metallic pie pan)

  20. 1. In a medium-sized bowl beat eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper and cayenne

  21. pepper until well mixed.

  22. 2. Stir in ham and cheese.

  23. 3. Pour mixture into baked pastry shell.

  24. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes.

  25. 5. Move cooked edges toward center and heat an additional 12 minutes or until

  26. a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
