  1. 1 cup (8 ounces) cream cheese

  2. 1 1/2 cups Wisconsin Swiss cheese, shredded

  3. 1/2 cup sour cream

  4. 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

  5. 1/3 cup parsley, chopped fine

  6. 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  7. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors before serving. Serve with toasted pita triangles, crackers or bagel chips.
