  1. 1/2 pound scallops (or) halibut or Mahi Mahi

  2. 3/4 pound shrimp (tails on)

  3. 30 chunks cantaloupe

  4. 30 chunks honeydew melon

  5. 30 medium-size mushroom caps

  6. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  7. 4 Tbsp butter , melted (do not substitute)

  8. BRIE BASTE

  9. 1/4 cup brie cheese

  10. 1/4 cup Half&Half (do not substitute)

  11. In small saucepan, melt brie cheese and gradually whisk in Half&Half

  1. Alternate seafood, melon and mushrooms on 6 (8 inch) skewers.

  2. Combine lemon juice and better Broil kabobs 10 minutes, turning and brushing with lemon&butter mixture until seafood is opaque.

  3. Drizzle BRIE BASTE over kabobs and broil for 1 to 2 minutes (or) until Golden Brown
