  1. 2 9" frozen pie crust s, thawed

  2. 2 T butter

  3. 1 lb. ground beef

  4. 1/2 c diced onion

  5. 1/3 c milk

  6. 2 potato es, peeled, boiled, and mashed with a fork

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Brown meat, add butter and onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add milk and cook until liquid evaporates.

  3. Remove from heat, stir in potatoes, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour into bottom crust, place top crust over top and seal. Bake for 30 minutes.
