  1. 4 Cuban bread loaves

  2. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Shaved roasted pork

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Shaved smoked ham

  5. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Sliced Swiss cheese

  6. 1 cup 237ml Sliced dill pickles

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the griddle. Slice the bread loaves in half. Smear the butter on both sides of each loaf of bread. Build each sandwich with the roasted pork, ham, cheese and pickles. Place the sandwiches on the hot griddle and place a waffle iron on top of the sandwiches to flatten the sandwich. Griddle the sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Slice the sandwich in half and serve. This recipe yields 4 sandwiches.
