  1. 2 1 small papaya, seeds Juice of

  2. 4 fresh 3 cups seedless watermelon

  3. 2 cups fresh pineapple

  4. 1 cup freshly grated 3 cups vanilla flavoured

  1. Peel and slice bananas and papaya into small chunks and toss in the lime juice.

  2. Add the watermelon, pineapple and coconut.

  3. In another bowl, mix the yoghurt and the papaya seeds.

  4. Pour over the fruit and coconut.

  5. Place the salad in a serving bowl or serve in coconut shells.
