  3. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Eggs (large)

  4. 4 cups 948ml Bananas - mashed (medium)

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Milk - plus

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Milk

  7. 4 cups 250g / 8.8oz King Arthur 100% white whole-wheat flour

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Baking powder

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking soda

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  11. 2 cups 220g / 7.8oz Chocolate chips

  12. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Toasted walnuts - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven 325 degrees. Cream the butter and the sugar together on speed #3. Add the eggs, banana and milk. Mix dry ingredients together and add to the creamed butter. Add chocolate and walnuts on speed #1. Scoop into 18 greased muffin cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
