  1. 1/4 cup 59ml French dressing

  2. 5 cups 1185ml Potatoes - cooked in skins (medium)

  3. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - diced

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - chopped (medium)

  5. 4 Eggs - hard boiled

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise

  1. Recipe Instructions Pour French dressing over warm peeled potatoes, chill for 2 hours. Add celery, onion, egg and salt. Add salad dressing and mix carefully. Add 1 teaspoon of celery seed for a nice touch. Chill 4 hours.
