  1. 1 Red Cooking Apple

  2. 1 Brown Sugar

  3. 1 Cinnamon

  4. 1 Butter

  1. Remove the core from each apple leaving a bottom in each apple. Make a mixture of the brown sugar and butter. Fill each apple with the mixture. Pre-heat oven to 325F. Bake apples on a rimmed cookie sheet for 45-60 minutes or until apples are done. Sprinkle each apple with cinnamon and serve. For microwave, cook for 5-10 minutes. From: Syd's Cookbook.
