  1. 1 x Bananas;

  2. 1 or 2 small, ripe

  3. 1 each Yellow cake mix

  4. 1 pack Banana cream instant pudding mix (4 serving size)

  5. 4 eaches Eggs

  6. 1 cup ;water

  7. 1/4 cup Oil

  8. 1/2 cup Nuts; finely chopped, opt.

  1. PHYLLIS SMITH WCDT64B Slice bananas into mixer bowl. Beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients. Blend; then beat at med speed for 2 minutes. Pour into well greased and floured 10" tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool. Cake may be baked in a 9x13" pan for 50-55 min.
