  1. 8 medium tomatoes

  2. cup fresh, coarse bread crumbs

  3. 2 teaspoon salt

  4. 2 teaspoons pepper

  5. 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

  6. 4 teaspoons honey

  7. 4 teaspoons margarine

  8. 350F and oil a baking dish large enough to hold all the tomatoes. Slice off stem ends of the tomatoes and scrape out the seeds. Place tomatoes open side up in baking dish. Mix together bread crumbs, salt, pepper and tarragon. Drizzle honey over tomatoes and rub into tomatoes cavities. Sprinkle tomatoes with bread crumb mixture and place a little butter on each. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until tomato skins begin to wrinkle. Place in broiler for another
