  1. 20 ounce roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough

  2. 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  3. 6 ounces cream cheese softened

  4. 1/3 cup peanut butter

  5. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  7. 1 medium apple cored and thinly sliced

  8. lemon juice

  9. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  10. 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping

  11. 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

  1. In a large mixing bowl knead together cookie dough and flour then place in greased pizza pan.

  2. Press from center to edges to form a crust then bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until golden.

  3. Cool in pan on a wire rack.

  4. In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla.

  5. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until combined then spread on cooled crust.

  6. Brush apple slices with lemon juice then arrange apple slices atop peanut butter mixture.

  7. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon then drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with peanuts.

  8. Cut into wedges and serve.
