  1. 3 cups cubed cooked chicken

  2. 2 medium cucumbers -- peeled, seeded and -- chopped

  3. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

  4. 2/3 cup sliced pitted black olives

  5. 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

  6. 1 cup mayonnaise

  7. 3 garlic cloves -- minced

  8. 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  9. 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  1. Preparation : Combine the first five ingredients. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss with chicken mixture. Cover and chill for several hours.
