  3. 10 1/2 oz Condensed Beef Broth

  4. 1 c Coarsely Chopped Onion

  5. 1 c Water

  6. 4 Whole Peppercorns

  7. 2 ts Worcestershire Sauce

  8. 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed

  9. 1/2 ts Dried Majorum Leaves

  10. Horseradish Sauce 3 tb Unbleached Flour

  11. 1/2 c Water

  12. --GARNISHES--

  13. Tomato Wedges Sprigs Parsley

  14. --HORSERADISH SAUCE--

  15. 1/4 c Sour Cream

  16. 1 tb Prepared Mustard

  17. 2 1/2 tb Prepared Horseradish

  18. 1/8 ts Salt

  19. Ribs should be cut into serving-size pieces. -- --

  20. 1 /2 cup water, mixing until smooth; combine with cooking liquid, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat and cook slowly
