  1. 1 large chicken breast,Vegetables of choice e.g. celery, carrot, onion,

  2. 1 x 400 g tin cream of chicken

  1. Roll chicken in seasoned flour and brown in a small amount of oil.

  2. Place in a casserole dish and add peeled and diced vegetables.

  3. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the vegetables.

  4. Cover and bake in a moderate oven.

  5. Stir after 30 minutes, casserole will be ready in another 20-30 minutes.
