  1. 1 Cauliflower, cut -into bite-sized pieces

  2. 2 md Onions, chopped

  3. 1 lb Mushrooms, fresh

  4. 2 T Butter

  5. 1/2 C Bread crumbs

  6. 3/4 C Parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, place in a steamer and steam to desired tenderness, about 10-15 minutes.

  2. In a frying pan, saute onions and mushrooms in butter until brown (about 5 minutes).

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan and bread crumbs.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Put the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and toss with the mixture in the frying pan.

  6. Bake for 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees F.

  7. NOTES: * Steamed cauliflower with mushrooms and parmesan.

  8. Yield: Serves 4-6.
