  1. 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour

  2. 5 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese -- divided

  3. 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt

  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed

  5. 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

  6. 6 Pork Chops --

  7. 3/4 inch thic

  8. 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil

  9. 2 Medium Onions -- sliced

  10. 1/3 Cup Water

  11. 3 Medium Zucchini -- (about 1 lb), sliced

  12. 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

  13. 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese,

  14. 20 salt, dill weed and pepper. Place pork chios in bag and shake to coat;

  15. 20 shake off excess flour and reserve. Heat oil in a large skillet over

  16. 20 medium-high heat; brown pork chops on both sides. Reduce heat. Place

  17. 20 slices on chops. Add water to skillet; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

  18. 20 Place zucchini slices over the onion. Mix remaining Parmesn cheese with

  19. 20 the reserved flour mixture; sprinkle over zucchini. Sprinkle paprika on

  20. 20 top. Cover and simmer

  21. 25 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Diabetic Exchanges:One serving equals
