  1. 4 cups Keeper Coleslaw

  2. 2 Grilled BBQ Chicken Breasts, cubed

  3. 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  1. In large bowl, combine Keeper Coleslaw and Grilled BBQ Chicken or any other leftover grilled chicken, cut into cubes. Add bell peppers and toss gently to coat. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours to blend flavors before serving. Serves 4.
