  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 1 medium onion

  3. 1 envelope taco seasoning mix

  4. 1-16 oz. can pinto bean s

  5. 1-16 oz. can kidney beans

  6. 1-16 oz.can golden hominy

  7. 1-17 oz.can cream -style corn

  8. 1-14 oz. can diced stewed tomato es

  9. 1-10 oz. can Rotell diced tomato es with chilies

  10. 1 envelope ranch-style dressing mix Tortilla chips

  11. 1 cup grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese Sour cream

  1. Brown beef and onion; drain. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Stir in canned vegetables without draining juice. Add ranch mix and mix well. Bring to a boil then cook over mediam heat 15 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and serve hot over crumbled tortilla chips. Top with grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream. This can be frozen and served later.
