  1. 1 Fryer Chicken , cut-up

  2. 2 cups Flour

  3. Salt and Pepper, to taste

  4. 2 Egg s

  5. 3/4 cup Milk

  6. 2 cups Bread Crumbs

  7. oil for frying

  8. butter

  1. Use three bowls. In the first bowl put flour salt and pepper. In the second bowl, beat eggs with milk. In the third bowl, put bread crumbs.

  2. Dip/roll each piece of chicken, first in flour, then egg mix then bread crumbs; coating completely.

  3. In large frying pan, heat 1 inch of oil to about 350 degrees. Fry breaded chicken, turning once, until lightly browned. Do not fry until chicken is completely cooked.

  4. When chicken is browned, place on a wire rack on a large sheet/jelly roll pan.

  5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Dot chicken with butter half way through cooking.
