  1. Ingredients (serves 6)

  2. 2 tbs mayonnaise

  3. 2 tbs buttermilk

  4. 1 1/2 tbs sour cream

  5. 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

  6. 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  7. 1/4 tsp dried dill

  8. 1/4 tsp dried chives

  9. 2 tsp olive oil

  10. 4 shortcut bacon rashers, cut into short strips

  11. 2 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated

  1. Whisk the mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, dill and chives in a jug until smooth.

  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the bacon, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain.

  3. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Drizzle over the dressing and top with the bacon to serve.
