  4. Sa Cha Sauce

  5. 3 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  6. 1 tbsp Freshly Minced Garlic

  7. 1 tbsp Sugar

  8. 1 tsp Corn starch

  9. 1 tsp Sauce Mix

  10. Premium Oyster Sauce

  11. 1 tbsp Water

  12. 6 tbsp Corn starch

  13. 1 tsp

  1. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.

  2. Saute green onions, ginger and red chili in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Stir in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens.
