  2. 3 tbsp. lime juice

  3. 1 tbsp. finely grated lime peel

  4. 2 tbsp. honey

  5. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  6. 2 tbsp. peeled, grated fresh ginger

  7. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

  8. 1/2 cup prepared teriyaki sauce

  9. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  10. 4 pieces salmon, about 8 ounces each

  1. Stir together lime juice, lime peel, honey, cilantro, ginger, pepper flakes, teriyaki sauce and vegetable oil in a small bowl. Reserve 1/3 cup of the mixture and set aside. Place the salmon in a large glass bowl and pour remaining lime mixture over. Turn salmon to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes, turning salmon occasionally.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil. Remove the salmon pieces from the marinade and place on the prepared pan. Bake salmon 20 minutes, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade mixture. Serve salmon immediately.
