  1. Saute Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce in 1 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Add bell pepper, cooked rice and stir well until heated through. Stir in fried silver fish. Pan-fry the egg into a thin egg sheet. Put on a serving plate. Put fried rice on one side of the egg sheet. Fold egg sheet to cover the rice. Sprinkle with shredded green onion.
