    1. 500 grams of apricots (best use fresh apricots if not available the canned ones also work) ,

    2. 5 eggs,

    3. 1/2 liter cream,

    4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

    5. 4 tablespoons sugar, butter.

    1. :Wash the apricots de seed and cut them in half, butter out a flat Pyrex type bake ware and arrange the apricot half's in that dish, sprinkle each layer with a bit of sugar, mix well the eggs with the cream, the vanilla extract and the rest of the sugar and pour it over the apricots.
