  1. 2 1/2 tablespoons 37ml Coriander seeds

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Garlic powder

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Ground cumin

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Ground turmeric

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Ground ginger

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chile seasoning

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground allspice

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Ground black pepper

  10. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Dry mustard

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Saffron

  1. Recipe Instructions Grind the coriander seeds, (sieve if any large husks remain). Blend all of the ingredient together and store in an airtight jar. This recipe makes 3 ounces of curry powder. NOTE: This is madras style curry powder and is very hot.
