  1. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

  2. 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 6)

  3. 1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce

  4. 4 frozen vegetable combination (spinach, broccoli, carrots, red pepper) or (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) Grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken and set it aside.

  2. Stir the pasta sauce and vegetables into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through* and the vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with the cheese. Tip: *The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 160 degrees F.
