  1. 1 cup Chenna Dal

  2. 1 cup Ghee

  3. 1 cup Coconut

  4. 1 cup Milk

  5. 2 to 2 1/2 cup Sugar

  1. Add little ghee & fry Chenna Dal powder for 5 mts & keep it aside.

  2. Fry coconut [till it becomes warm]

  3. In a pan add sugar & milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Now add chenna powder,coconut,ghee & stir it well until it leaves the pan.

  4. Greese the plate with ghee & pour the paste & cut it into pieces Store it in a box & serve along with tea/coffee
