  3. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  6. 1 cup heavy cream

  7. assorted fresh fruit -- in bite size pieces

  1. Combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg; set aside. Beat heavy cream until stiff. Gently fold spice mixture into cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fruit. Yield: 1 cup.
