  1. 1 pk Yeast 

  2. 1/4 c Flour

  3. 1/2 ts Sugar 

  4. 1 ts Salt

  5. 1 c Luke warm water 

  6. 1 tb Olive oil

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine 2 3/4 cups flour and the salt. Stir yeast mixture and oil into flour mix until a dough forms. On a lightly floured board, knead dough about 10 minutes, working in up to 1/2 cup more flour, until dough is no longer sticky. Put dough in a well oiled bowl, cover and let rise for about 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
