  1. 1 lb. bowtie pasta, cooked

  2. 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

  3. 2 cloves garlic, sliced

  4. 3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips

  5. 3 oz. pitted Italian black olives, sliced

  6. 1 head broccoli

  7. Red pepper flakes

  8. 5 oz. grated Romano cheese

  9. Pepper

  1. In saute pan, brown garlic in olive oil, remove garlic. Add sun-dried tomatoes, olives, pepper flakes and broccoli; cook a few minutes. Mix in Romano cheese. Add pepper to taste. Mix with pasta.
