  1. 4 teaspoons 20ml Baking potatoes (large)

  2. 4 tablespoons 60ml Margarine or butter

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream - (I use non-fat)

  4. 4 teaspoons 20ml Onion - grated

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Crabmeat or imitation crab

  7. Paprika - to taste

  1. Bake 4 large baking potatoes. Scoop out insides and set aside. Mix together with elec. hand mixer on low speed for one minute: diet margarine, sour cream substitute, grated onion, and salt. Fold in crabmeat gently with a fork Fill potatoes with mixture and sprinkle liberally with paprika. Reheat in 450F oven about 15 minutes.
