  1. 2 cups 474ml Basic dashi - see recipe

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dark soy sauce

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Mirin White vinegar - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine the dashi, soy sauce, and mirin in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let boil for a few minutes to reduce by 1/3, then remove from heat and cool. Stir in vinegar to taste. Pour sauce into individual cups. TAMALES WORLD TOUR SHOW #WT1A02
