  2. 8® vegetable juice

  3. 6 cups water

  4. 4 medium carrot s -- sliced

  5. 2 medium onion s -- chopped

  6. 6 medium potato es -- chopped

  7. 3 stalks celery -- chopped

  8. 3 cups cabbage -- chopped

  9. 8 3/4 oz corn

  10. 8 3/4 oz pea s

  11. 8 3/4 oz green bean s

  12. 2 Tablespoons sugar

  13. 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  14. 2 beef bouillon

  15. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  16. 2 lbs stew meat

  1. in a large pan brown meat and drain off grease ( if not using meat just add all ingredients and cook till tender) add juice and water and bring to a boil add sugar, bouillion cubes, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. cook for about 1 hour then add onion, celery, carrots cook for about 1 hour then add canned veggies. and potatoes and cabbage cook for another hour till all are tender. if you want you can add 2 lbs stew meat
