  10. 1 1/2 Tablespoons Paprika -- hungarian

  11. 3 Pounds Stew Meat -- cut in

  12. 1 cubes

  13. Pepper -- to taste

  14. Salt -- to taste

  15. 6 Oz Tomato Paste

  16. Sour Cream -- at room temp.

  17. Preheat oven to 325 F. Heat fat in a deep heavy pot. Cook the onions, peppers, and garlic until

  18. the onions are limp and transparent. Add paprika and cook until it has

  19. lost its raw taste. Add beef and remaining ingredients except sour cream.

  20. 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the meat is tender. Adjust oven temperature during cooking time so
