  1. 2 cups cubed cooked chicken

  2. 2 celery ribs, chopped

  3. 1/4 cup chopped cucumber

  4. 1/4 cup bean sprouts

  5. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

  6. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  7. 2 green onions, chopped

  8. 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

  9. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  10. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  12. 4 pita breads (6 inches), halved

  13. 8 lettuce leaves

  14. 8 tomato slices
