  2. 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef

  3. 1/2 pound extra lean ground pork

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1 cup mashed potatoes

  6. 1/2 cup milk

  7. 2 teaspoons seasoning salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  9. 1/4 teaspoon allspice

  10. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  11. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  12. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  13. 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

  14. 1 cup beef broth

  15. 1/2 cup heavy cream

  16. 1/2 cup chopped parsely

  1. Throughly combine all ingredients except flour, beef broth, heavy cream and chopped parsley. Blend well and shape into about twenty four 1 1/2 meatballs. Roll lightly in flour. Place on rack of broiler pan in preheated 400 oven for 20 minutes. DrainBefore serving, carefully remove meatballs to warm platter. Stir heavy cream into broth in Crock pot; mix until smoth pour sauce over meatballs, then sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
