  1. 2 cups Watermelon balls

  2. 2 cups Honeydew melon balls

  3. 2 cups Cantaloupe balls

  4. 2 cups Pineapple chunks in juice --

  5. Drained 1 cup Strawberries

  6. 1 cup Grapes

  7. 1 cup Peaches -- sliced

  8. Lemon juice

  9. Champagne -- *see note

  10. Mint sprigs

  1. * For a non-alcoholic version, substitute ginger ale for Champagne.

  2. Mix fruits VERY gently. Arrange in attractive pattern in parfait glasses. Sprinkle each with few drops of lemon juice. Be sure to have a whole strawberry in each glass. Fill each glass with Champagne.

  3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
