  3. 3/4 cup wine vinegar

  4. 1 tablespoon garlic salt

  5. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon salt

  7. 1/4 cup sugar

  8. 1 tablespoon black pepper

  1. Mix above ingredients together in a large container and marinade Shishkabob ingredients for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator.

  2. Turn occasionally to insure that the liquid is distributed throughout. Use onions, fresh mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, beef cubes, etc.

  3. *I serve this with consommé rice, a green salad and French bread.
