  1. 1 - 2 heads fresh broccoli florets, chopped or pulled apart into small bunches

  2. 1/2 lbs cooked & crumbled bacon

  3. 1/2 C celery

  4. 1/2 C green onion s

  5. 1/2 C seedless red grape s halved

  6. 1/2 C raisin s

  7. 1/2 C slivered almonds or sunflower seed s

  8. 1 C mayo or miracle whip

  9. 1 Tbs. white wine vinegar

  10. 1/4 C sugar

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Whisk mayo, vinegar & sugar in a bowl. Mix into broccoli mixture. This dish is better if it sits in the fridge a couple of hours to let the flavors blend together.
