  1. Hot Chile Sauce

  2. Yield: 1/2 cup

  3. 2 cup water

  4. 6 chiles cascabel

  5. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  6. 1 teapoon dry mustard

  7. 1 garlic clove

  8. 1/4 cup olive oil

  9. Heat water to boiling, stir in chilies. Boil uncoverd 5 minutes,

  10. drain. Remove stems. Place chilies, vinegar, mustard and garlic

  11. in a blender container, cover and blend until the chilies are finely

  12. chopped. Gradually pour in oil, blending until smooth.
