  1. 1/4 cup broccoli florets

  2. 1 cup bean sprouts

  3. 1 cup green peas

  4. 3 spring onions , finely chopped

  5. To Be Mixed Into A Dressing

  6. 2 tbsp lemon juice

  7. 2 tsp powdered sugar

  8. 1 tsp salad oil

  9. 1/8 tsp salt

  10. freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder powder to taste

  11. For The Garnish

  12. 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (til)

  1. Put plenty of water to boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 1 minute. Drain and put immediately in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain again and keep aside.

  2. Cook the green peas in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and put immediately in ice-cold water for at least 5 minutes. Drain again and keep aside.

  3. Put the bean sprouts in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly.

  4. Combine the broccoli, green peas, bean sprouts and spring onions in a bowl and put in the refrigerator.

  5. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss.

  6. Serve chilled topped with sesame seeds.
