  1. 2 cake mixes, any flavor 2 containers of white frosting

  2. mini marshmallows

  3. flat, circular mint cookies

  4. mini chocolate candies

  5. dried apricots

  6. pretzels

  7. gummy fish candies

  8. mini chocolate chips

  9. graham cracker crumbs

  10. 1 oblong sponge snack cake

  1. Bake one cake mix in a dome-shaped, glass bowl. Bake the second one as cupcakes. When cooled, remove cake from bowl, trim off "dome top" and flip flat side down on surface. Cut the sponge cake in half and place it against the dome cake to look like an igloo entrance. Frost cake/sponge cake and cupcakes with white frosting.

  2. Cover the entire frosted dome cake with mini marshmallows by pressing one side of each marshmallow into the frosting.

  3. Cut all mint cookie rounds into halves. Assemble one half at the top of each cupcake for a penguin head and then 2 more for flippers. Cut up dried apricots into triangles and use one for the beak and 2 for the feet of the penguin. Use frosting to attach mini chocolate candies for eyes.

  4. Frost entire flat surface with white frosting and cover with shredded coconut. Use more marshmallows to make the round firepit and top each one with a chocolate chip. Place pretzel sticks in for kindling and add some gummy fish to the top! You can also make a walkway with marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs."
