  1. 2 pounds cubed chuck roast

  2. 1 cup burgundy

  3. 1 can condensed onion soup

  4. 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs

  5. 1 bay leaf

  6. 1 package buttered noodles cooked

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine all ingredients except noodles and mix well.

  3. Pour into casserole dish then cover and bake 3 hours.

  4. Serve over noodles.
