  2. Pour Cajun-Style Marinade over chuck roast in large shallow dish; turn to coat well. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

  3. Grill roast 6 inches from source of heat 30 to 40 minutes or until desired doneness, brushing with marinade and turning frequently.
