  1. 4 ripe avacados fresh lemon juice

  2. 2 - 3 small ripe tomato es, seeded and diced small

  3. 1/2 small onion , diced small

  4. 1 can diced green chilies

  5. 1 small container sour cream

  6. 1 C white shredded cheddar cheese salsa - just enough

  1. Cut avacados in half, cut in shell to small pieces and place in bowl. Mash with fork or potato masher and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and add just enough salsa to blend. You don’t want this too thin. Let it sit for about 20 minutes to blend the flavors. Serve with tortilla chips or Konrad’s Mini Chimis
