  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

  3. 4 tablespoons 60ml Sesame seed

  4. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Bread crumbs

  5. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Flour

  6. 4 Trout - (about 3 lb.)

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Vegetable oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Beat egg with water. Mix sesame seeds and bread crumbs. Coat fish with flour. Dip fish in egg and water mixture and roll in sesame seeds and bread crumbs. Pan fry in hot oil about ten minutes on each side or until flesh flakes from bones.
