  1. 3 cup sugar

  2. 1 cup oil

  3. 4 eggs

  4. 2/3 cup water

  5. 2 cup pumpkin (1 16 ounce can)

  6. 3 1/2 cup flour

  7. 2 teaspoon baking soda

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 2 teaspoon cinnamon

  10. 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  11. 1/4 teaspoon ginger

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the first five ingredients and then slowly add in the dry ingredients. Bake for one hour, or until done.
