  1. 4 teaspoons 20ml Red potatoes - scrubbed, quartered (small)

  2. 1 Onion - chopped

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Unsalted stick margarine

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  6. Rosemary sprig -

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Place the potatoes and onion in the casserole. Dot with the margarine and sprinkle with the salt and pepper; top with the rosemary (if using). Bake, covered, until the potatoes are tender, about 50 minutes.
