  1. 3 Strips bacon, diced

  2. 3/4c Chopped green onions and tops

  3. 1/3c Diced red bell pepper

  4. 1/4c Frozen green peas, thawed

  5. 1 Egg, beaten

  6. 4 c Cold, cooked white rice

  7. 2 tb Soy sauce

  1. + Directions : Cook bacon in wok or large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Add green onions, red pepper and peas; stir-fry 1 minute. Add egg and scramble. Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains. Add soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Serve immediately.
